Consent forms must be completed prior to class/block by Parent/Carer.

Any medical conditions or changes to medical conditions must be declared to instructor.

Cancellations or changes within 24 hours will incur cancellation charge.

Gillian Park cannot be held responsible for any injuries sustained if the participant is not following instruction.

No refunds after class or block has started.

Pictures/video’s may be taken during class and used for promotional material please advise if you do not wish for your childs image to be used.

Schools & nurseries will have their own Service agreement. Prices will be confirmed and invoiced dependant on the programmes and sessions booked.
